Dr Engle is one of the most caring and professional Drs. I have ever been to I am lucky to have gotten a referral to her. She was thorough and complete in her assessment.
Very unprofessional. I Saw Dr. Engle for my daughter who is suffering from bad chronic ear infections. She seemed very scattered brained and mentioned to me she had a lot of complications and one passing With the surgery she was suggesting for my daughter. I understand making me aware of risks but her bed stand manner is absolutely terrible. The only good thing i can say about this doctors was the availability when scheduling but now i assume its because no one wants to see her. I went to her because i have eustachian tube dysfunction and was told by valley ENT that i needed to have tubes put in. Because it had been over a year, i need to have another consult and Janelle Engel was the soonest. Dr's are good billing is a bit iffy.... Tried to bill for a surgery when all they did was look up my nose with the light and pocket scope. questioned the billing method and was discounted by 50% right away.
