As for doctor review, I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Violago. As per staff review, I have plenty to say. When I called into make my first appointment they asked for my insurance information and details. Said they were providers and I would only be responsible for a $15.00 copay. Every visit they ask for my insurance card, verify it and change me the copay. I saw the doctor from 2022 to 2024. I ran into some problems with getting phone calls back for medication refills ect...so I left the practice after my appt in June o... read more
Dr. Violago is by far my favorite dr! She really cares, she's very knowledgeable, helpful and follows up to make sure I'm doing well. She's even gone the extra mile by calling me personally to make sure my meds were correct.
Dr.Violago is very caring, she takes time to listen and answer questions, I am very satisfied with her care.
