Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Phone calls were not answered, and voicemail messages were not returned. Email responses routinely took around a week. After finally securing an appointment, I was instructed to obtain a GP referral and to resend it urgently, which I did promptly. After waiting approximately nine weeks, and after repeatedly following up, I then received a one-line email stating that Dr Nguyen was “unable to take me on as a patient” — with no explanation provided. Dr. Jane has been very helpful and accommodating to me and my family. Since working with her, I’ve referred others to her as well, and the feedback I’ve received has always been positive.
The staff member Kiera is quite nice but the other one is very rude and their payment system is convoluted.
