My daughter had an appointment @ 3:00 pm on Monday, November 3rd. She had 2 teeth worked on. Was still in the office way past the closing of the office. She was sitting in chair crying because it hurts so bad while dentist was working on her mouth. Dentist didn’t seem to care she was crying and just kept going. When is the patient your top priority versus just wanting to get done so you can get out of the office since you close at 5 pm? Totally ridiculous with how the dentist handled this.
They did a great job with my front tooth that was chipped.
Its dumb and dumber denistry. Nice people, they dont do many services in house. Tried to get my teeth cleaned, 2nd appointment and they ran out of time. Not going back.
Always enjoyed the experience, even under a stressful situation , everyone makes you feel comfortable, that you're a person, not just a number
