My son has been in the hospital for 4 days she takes over his case cause of her round to do gi and she has terrible bedside manner rude when I told her certain meds don’t work for his pain … and because she kept asking questions about what the previous provider said to do and pain meds to be sent home on she didn’t agree with and argued with me about my sons pain
My daughter started seeing Dr. Keng when she was in high school (Markeisha). Dr. Keng was very attentive and listened to all of our concerns. She gave us a plan that worked for my daughters immune disorder. Without Dr. Keng I don't know how my daughter would have made it through high school with her treatments and flare ups. It has been 10 years and I have never forgotten her or the care and attention that she provided to my daughter and family. I highly recommend her.
Does she take time to listen to complaints, sure she does! takes vigorous notes giving the impression of listening; but does not ask specific questions and quick to jump to generic conclusions. My son turned out to be severely sensitive to soy and dairy. I expressed that nursing is not a problem for me, but instead of suggesting to completely eliminate all processed foods from my diet, she prescribed a horribly expensive formula made of soy suggesting that he should drink that instead which made him throw up even worse and g... read more
Not enough experience with Gastroschisis, short bowel syndrome, and intestinal failure. Never saw eye to eye. She would come to agreement about things in office or inpatient then blow it off once we were home. She gave unrealistic expectations that she couldn't fulfil. And unsuccessful in finding the cause of my daughter's GI hemorrhage. When I tried to switch doctors within cooks GI clinic everyone refused.
