First appointment. Scheduling was really fast - the office called to schedule before I left the PCP's office where the referral was given. The staff was busy but friendly. Dr. was running late by 9:00 AM, however saw me and did a thorough exam, scheduled test and treatment for sleep apnea.
Unfortunately this is a review of the staff rather than the doctor but I don't know how else to call attention to the terrible treatment I received from their staff member Cathy. I called today for a refill of a common migraine medication. I was told to stop mis-using my meds and then I wouldn't run out so fast by the receptionist Cathy. Keep in mind this was the first refill I had asked for and had taken the medication exactly as it was prescribed. I will not be keeping my next appointment.
No help with husband's worsening essential tremor - 'wait till you can't get food in your mouth'. No help with memory loss problems. Sent for brain scan, very difficult to get results, still don't have MRI brain scan to use as a baseline. 'Drugs for memory loss have lots of side effects, and you wouldn't notice the difference anyway'. No suggestions for brain exercises, which have been shown to have positive effects on many aging challenges, both mental and physical..
