I saw Dr. Ghaith Al-badri, coming from the US, for cellulitis treatment while on holiday, I was very very impress with Dr. Al-badri, he took the time to exam the wound, drained the abcess, explained in detailed how to take care of the wound and what to do in case it got worse. He was kind, compassion and obvious knew what he was doing. He spent a good 20 minutes with me, definitely not something that happen in typical doctor's office in the US. Plus it was only $70 since I am a foreigner.
