Waited to inform me until after xrays they are no longer in network with my insurance company. I have 3 abscessed teeth and did nothing for me except charge my insurance $ 170. They are required to inform if they are no longer in network. I've used them for several years. I feel betrayed and violated. The picture is what swelling has been caused. This was Friday picture. Swelling better, pain level 10+.
Dr. Tindol and her staff are wonderful. Krystal and Debbie are so helpful and patient helping me with my insurance. Every visit has been pleasant and comfortable.
After my appointment I paid $90 that was my copay for the visit, later like 5 MONTHS later I had a letter saying I owed $18 and then a week later they sent the bill to collections before I had the chance to talk to them. Because of their timing my credit took a hit due to that and even after I paid the $18 to them they have yet to drop the claim
I can't speak more highly of Dr Grant and his team. Never have I had a root canal and almost fell asleep during the procedure. It was completely painless and was relaxed the whole time. He was very knowledgeable and professional as he walked me through the process from beginning to end. He genuinely cares for his patients and tried to explain everything he was doing to keep me at ease during the procedure. I started going to this dentistry around April. I was given a treatment plan and a cost to do my teeth. Got started and ended up not having to do a root canal after I already paid upfront. So when I was checking out I was told I would be owed about 1000 since not receiving the root canal I initially thought we needed.
