This lady was AWFUL! So rude and condescending. I knew more than her and she didn’t want to admit it so she wouldn’t order me a blood test that she missed. Then after a weekend of probably realizing she was wrong and fearing a malpractice claim she had the receptionist call me frantically Monday morning offering the test. Just because you have a degree, doesn’t make you all-knowing. She should go back to school to learn RESPECT. Sorry excuse for a doctor…
Scheduled a cataract surgery. Did not care for her " bedside manner " at prior appointment , but still tried to go forward with surgery. Day of , IN the OR my insulin pump ( I am t1 diabetic) was accidentally pulled out by a nurse . She refused to let me place another stated it didn't matter . I stated it did . She refused as I was already " sterile " for surgery . By sterile she meant Betadine swabbed on my eye . Called in an emergency situation and she said she couldn't help.Terrible personality on phone.
Dr Cook was excellent. She did my catarac surgery on both eyes. I have the light adjustable Lens. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I found Dr Cook to be very patient and compassionate. Denise
