Doctor Jane Kong is a special human being who is in the medical field. She personally takes care of her patients. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend her A plus.
This was my first time seeing Doctor Kong. I had a very good experience with her and her staff. She is very patient, knowledgeable and listens to you, not rushing.
She might be a great doctor -- I don't know -- but the office staff and appointment scheduling is terrible and unprofessional. The office charges $25 for no-shows or for appointments that aren't canceled at least 24 hours in advance, but they canceled an appointment just a few hours before my appointment that I waited for nearly a month. After I rescheduled, they called again to cancel yet again. Waste of my time and double standard.
