The life saving care our very ill, blind, anxious dachshund received this week from all of the staff working after hours on sunday and caring through 2 hospital admissions with his complex needs is unbeatable. Not to mention the countless other times with medical emergencies we have had support. We moved to the Albury Animal Hospital a few years ago as other services locally could not provide this level of care. We are so grateful for all of the services you provide. A wonderful animal hospital with friendly staff and great service. We have been taking our boys (golden retrievers) here for years and cannot fault AAH. Our boys love visiting the vet and we always leave feeling very looked after and supported. Thank you for what you do for our furry family members ❣️
Today my beautiful German Shepard passed away unexpectedly. After saying our goodbyes at home, we took her to Albury Animal Hospital for them to facilitate cremation for us. We needed assistance to bring her into the practice. We could see they were swamped. And we did have to wait a little bit in the car for someone to be free to help, but, when they came to help move her the staff were kind, patient, gentle and respectful of my beautiful girl. Since becoming a hospital the service is more expensive and they don't care. Tried to get an appointment for our new pup for his third shots had to cancel first appointment because of money told them it would be this Monday didn't say they are closed. Rang on the Friday before and was told they are closed but had left me on hold for 25 minutes and had to call back. I have four fur babies that go there and they have never been helpful. I had to have my 20 yr old cat put to sleep and I was short 50 because they put the price u... read more
