I don't want to leave a bad review but unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this animal hospital back in January. At first everything seemed lovely. All of the vets I interacted with were very kind and seemed to know what they were doing but for some reason they go straight for the expensive (unnecessary) procedures. My cat was very ill for a few weeks in Jan so I took him here; at the first appointment he was given medicine for the flu (as my other cat had that at the time). Were quick to assess my dog yesterday after a dog attack. He was seen quickly and the Vet was thorough. Thank you!
Very friendly and empathetic team, the vet and nurses took good care of my dog and have provided a lot of information to support his recovery. They were flexible with emergency appointments and patient with my large chaotic boy. Thanks so much team
First visit to Albury Animal hospital this morning and it won't be our last - we look forward to them looking after our crew of kitties over the coming years! What I really valued about my visit to see Dr Sally today was the time she took to talk things over with me, despite it being a weekend and feeling silly and unsure about whether we should have booked an appointment, we didn't feel rushed. Every single person I spoke to was just wonderful. Such a clean and calm environment, thank you so much
We cannot thank Albury Animal Hospital enough for the care, compassion and love that was shown to our little man Loki. (Today - Dr Sally, Daisy & Taylah) He loved visiting here, seeing everyone and stealing pats. We appreciate the support given to us regularly during a very difficult time and decision. Everyone we met here was amazing. I wouldn't take my fur family anywhere else. Forever grateful.
