Dr. Rissover was rude, lacked compassion and seemed very irritated with me versus wanting to help me. I subsequently visited another doctor with the same specialty and was treated kindness, compassion and given a great course of action toward recovery. I would not recommend Dr. Rissover.
I have been trying to call the office with debilitating symptoms, but Dr. Rissover had been sick. The MA had been promising be a callback and failed to tell me much info until way later. After receiving a call from the doctor, Dr. Rissover was extremely irritated with me, never asked me how I was doing, and asked if I was still seeing my therapist and it was a good thing, because I shouldn't call their office so much. DR.RISSOVER IS A COMPASSIONATE,CARING DOCTOR WHO LISTENS AND TRULY INVESTIGATES YOUR CONDITION. SHE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING SO WELL AND IS GENTLE WHEN DOING A TEST ON YOU. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO EVERYONE.
Dr. Rissover is very thorough and conscientious. I have a great amount of trust in her ability.
