i am not somebody who writes reviews, but I could not resist not to do it on Dr Preis. I do not know what I did in my life to deserve meeting such incredible human being, doctor who cares, doctor who knows so much, and doctor who is so passionate. This type of doctors is hard to find nowadays.
Truly an outstanding, old-school physician with a wealth of knowledge and real interest to help patients. Strongly recommend. Very helpful office staff as well.
She is the worst!! They never answer their hones, they DO NOT call you back, and the staff is RUDE! The dr. was suppose to call in medication to my pharmacy, and the pharmacy never got a call or a message from her. When I asked if I can come pick it up myself and take it to the pharmacy, I never heard from the dr. again. She is very sketchy, and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!
Dr. Preis is an amazing doctor! I had a rare condition and she was able to patiently assess my case before recommending the proper treatments - I am now on my way to recovery - other doctors were not able to help me. The staff are amazing and booking an appointment was very easy! Would highly recommend!
very shady place, they will try to bill you for out of network coverage even though it says its in network through Zocdoc. I called the number and it takes you to a call center in India pretending to be in NY. I wouldnt be surprised if the doctor wasn't located in NY or if they weren't even a doctor. Sounds like from other reviews they have been reported for Fraud and I wouldnt be surprised if they were already shut down since calls go straight to voicemail saying they are closed until February 20th (its mid march now).
