Good evening. Today I was here because I have a cold with a cough, excessive mucus, irritated eyes with a lot of eye discharge, and a sore throat and chest. I went because I felt very ill, but the care I received from Dr. Elvira Gutierrez was nothing short of despotic, and she did absolutely nothing to help me. I expect when I go to a doctor for help, the minimum I need is a little empathy and consideration, but there it was inhumane treatment. I didn't even get a diagnosis, much less a solution. Six years ago I began experiencing “pins and needles” in my extremities, specifically my feet and hands, I also was finding it increasing difficult to urinate, all of which I advised Yavorsky about at the time. His answer was to just prescribe me Flomax, not check my prostate, not refer me to a specialist or anything of the sort. The Flomax did not help at all, because, as it turns out, I have neurogenic bladder disorder brought on by Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis.
