Dr. Mueller is the reason I changed my insurance to Kaiser—I had been referred to him several times over. He is thorough, straightforward, pleasant, thoughtful, and highly intelligent. I think anyone who finds him dismissive likely has cultural differences—he is European. He takes his time to listen and to ensure that his patients’ concerns are addressed. I can’t say enough good.
Dr. Lauman has been my PCP for going on 3 years now. One of the best family care practioners I've ever had over the years. Outstanding care and insight.
He was the first doctor I met with after switching insurance to Kaiser. I was unimpressed with the interaction and did not wish to return to Kaiser again, with intentions to switch my plan as soon as open enrollment was available. I found him to be dismissive and argumentative. He spent no time learning about myself or my lifestyle before making a blanket recommendation of how to proceed. Spent less than a minute in the room with me and just asked a different department what was wrong with me. Litterally did nothing
Dr. laumans is just about the top doctor I have ever had. He isvery friendly, clear explaining, and reassuring. KP is lucky to have him.
Doctor does not believe in preventative medicine. He rushed my procedure, did not prescribe antibiotic to prevent sepsis, gave me a few leftover gauze pads and was then out of the room. Gone. Unavailable for post-op consultation. I will not return nor will I recommend.
Dr. Kent was very thorough in explaining my options for a surgical procedure I needed. He was patient with my questions and extremely friendly. He did an amazing procedure on me, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend him for general surgical procedures.
This doctor is an absolute joke. I've been blowing mucus like a machine for 3 weeks. I see him and he responds " oh its probably an infection give it a few more weeks or maybe a month". I've missed everyday of work since our appointment. I followed up and he still refuses to give me antibiotics. really? What a joke of a doctor.
