This was my first appointment and I LOVED it. The staff is soo friendly, accommodating, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. The decor is the cutest decor I’ve ever seen in a dental office. It even smells amazing. My dental hygienist was super thorough and I could feel how clean my teeth were after she was finished. The doctor was also great. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office plus the location is great!
Can’t say enough about my experience so far at this practice. have been seeing Dr Serra for years, so excited he’s practicing back downtown. Everyone has been so kind, helpful, and considerate (admittedly i can be a wimp). My cleaning with Lauren couldn’t have gone better, Anthony did an amazing temporary crown, and Lana worked some magic with figuring out my insurance and somehow getting all the things I needed scheduled within 48 hours of my initial call. This office has been shockingly incompetent when it comes to billing and communication. I have been trying to resolve an issue where I was assigned a dentist not covered by my insurance, this was admitted to me on the phone by them when I first inquired about my bill, despite being told at the visit and signing paperwork, that my balance would be zero. Always nervous getting a new dentist. Recently moved to the area and reviewed the practices available through my insurance and bounced them off the google and other online reviews. This led me to Hampton Park dentistry and Dr Serra. Glad I came. Great process to onboard, great communicative staff and treatment with Dr Serra Highly recommended
