I never even got to speak to her during our scheduled appt. I talked to the same man who I assume is Josh Roland, a physician under her. My insurance was billed over 5 times with charges for things I never had done. When I spoke to him about it he said he was doing me a favor by lowering my deductible. Umm no, that’s not legal! Scam artists.
Easy visit and wait times were decent. Dr. Battle is great and straight up as always!
Dr. Battle is by far the greatest Dr. I have had the pleasure of being a patient of hers for about a year . She's profes and very easy to talk to. She's really helped me get through a very tough time. Its worth the call.!!!
SCAM ARTIST
My initial meeting with Dr.Battle and her assistant Courtney was pleasant. They were both very nice and friendly. I then had several scheduling and payment issues on their end. After several attempts to schedule a follow-up appointment and to resolve the payment issues, I decided to go else where. There was a lack of communication. I was only able to speak to her assistant and not Dr.Battle directly about the issues.
Great Office Staff, Quality of Care is Extraordinary. Dr. Battle is an excellent physician. She makes it clear that she is your healthcare partner. She takes the time to listen to her patient's concerns and suggestions for treatment. She builds on the patients' suggestions to create a treatment plan. She spends the time needed to explain your condition and options for treatment. She considers the patient's overall health, and quality of life. I highly recommend her.
