Very happy with my visit today! Kind and caring staff
Had my first appointment there today as a new patient. Everyone was extremely friendly, extremely nice office, prices were beyond fair, and Dr Odom was very patient and took his time to make sure I understood everything! Look forward to follow up visits.
This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. His prognosis was completely wrong the people he employs are terrible and the other dentist he referred was also terrible. Avoid this office.
Dr. Odom was our dentist for many years, then we moved away. After six years we looked forward to returning and scheduled appts. Requested, we emailed copies of our insurance. The "Insurance Director" told us our insurance was "no good" because it was a POS, so I called her and assured, like always it is a PPO. Very sternly and rudely she said "I called Humana and they said you have a POS." So I called Humana and they said they did NO SUCH THING. I have a lot of health problems that effect teeth mainly dry mouth and diabetes. This is 2 years now the dentist hasn’t came in to check my teeth. He made sure he came in and checked my husbands but went around me. He went to every room I’m the only one he did not see. I will never go back. A dentist should come in once a year and have a look at your teeth with or without xrays. Not this one he has his favorite patients and I’m not one of them.
