I recently called the office to find out when I was last seen there. The RECEPTIONIST, omg was she ever rudeee & disrespectful! She’s cuts you off mid sentence, gives you 2 words minimum, when she does talk, it’s very condescending. Obviously, a referral is needed after quite some time, I get that. But, I had additional questions that she didn’t care to answer. She ends the conversation by hanging up! When I tried calling her back, she wouldn’t answer. Very unprofessional!! Staff were all very competent. Did their jobs very well and professionally. My issue was that the Neurologist after explaining my diagnosis told me that the ONLY way to treat me was if I needed pain blockers(pharmaceuticals). I later discovered that there was another possible treatment that the Neurologist didn’t tell me about. Very disappointed. Don’t just believe everything a medical professional tells you!

I was just treated so rudely by Dr. Steckleys receptionist. She called me ignorant when I tried to ask why the appointment would not be covered by OHIP. She hung up the phone on me. I am absolutely shocked by this behavior.

I don't care what anyone says he changed my life and helped me stand tall and not give up. Who cares about missed appointments let's talk about him doing his job and bettering people's lives. Don't want to pay for missed appointments then don't miss your appointments. Much love for this Dr. Fully recommend, hands down.
