I went to visit Dr Patel for the first time last month for a second opinion, as I was experiencing very poor sleep, extreme tiredness and shortness of breath after being diagnosed with sleep apnoea three weeks earlier. He immediately recognised I had much bigger problems which he suggested was symptoms of organ failure. I have recently been discharged from hospital after a weeks stay treating heart failure.
