I made an appointment for there waited a couple of months. Left work early I work in a doctors office myself. The doctors office I work for is nice enough to give a couple of min. I told this doctors office I’d be 2 min over and they said nope reschedule. It’s hard to take days off at work. This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever seen! They don’t give you a few min over your appointment time like most doctors office if something comes up.

Would not see me for 3 weeks. Would not talk to me over the phone. Was a patient for many years. Disrespectful.

They are very disrespectful and they don’t help with anything me or my mom ask them to do. We always had to go to Reynolds rapid care to actually get help cause they wouldn’t. I had severe brain trauma on file and I’ve had migraines since 2018 and she didn’t know I had a brain injury. Do not recommend!!

Dr Etzel, PA’s and staff have been amazing with me and my family. I would highly recommend this office!!!
