I lost two molars due to failure of Dr Yum to make me a mouth guard after repeated requests and instructions from my previous dentists wear it every night for the rest of my life.
I have been a patient of this practice for over 30 years, and consistently received the highest standard of care. Dr. Karabasz was a perfectionist and I have found Dr. Yum to be the same. I have received excellent advice and planning for replacement of aging teeth and restorations. Her office staff are very friendly, professional and compassionate. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Yum is highly skilled and places PERFECT crowns. She was able to fix one done by another dentist and removed all the pain and issues I was having. She is friendly and very good about explaining things in a way anyone can understand. The front desk is managed by Wanda who is very nice and welcoming and is great at explaining insurance coverage issues etc. The whole team is five star. I can strongly recommend Dr. Yum.
When I visited Dr. Yum with ongoing dental problem, she calmly explained what had happened and what needed to be done to treat. Her professional yet warm approach to my care put me at ease. I cannot believe I had let my problem get bigger and bigger for that long without second opinion. I am glad I had found her.
