Just had a procedure done by Dr Vanoveren. Both him and his staff were very friendly and professional. No complications or surprises.
I had a ureteroscopy procedure performed in April by Dr. Vanoveren. He was very kind when he spoke with me about what to anticipate with the procedure and again the day of the procedure. He also followed up with me later to ask how I was doing. I was nervous to have the procedure but felt very well cared for through the entire process. Thank you.
Initial visit great, been trying to schedule an MRI for over a week. Might have testicular cancer, might have a muscle cramp. Do they care? Nope, won’t even call back. Absolutely atrocious the patient care. To the woman I spoke to on the phone: you are INCOMPETENT
Dr's are great but the nurse is so incredibly rude and cold, really really poor bedside manner for being in the "helping" profession.
He’s great, his office staff however, are a bunch on condescending, impatient bi*ches. No compassion, no empathy, just self-righteous judgement.
