I’ve been a patient of Jamie Bales for neurological care, and while the medical treatment itself has been subpar, I’ve had significant issues with communication and follow‑through from the office. My husband was thankful to be worked in so quickly, but he was seen by a NP that was rude to me when I offered additional information to help her in determining a means of treatment, etc. She basically told me she only wanted to speak with him. Adding to this, NO treatment plan was discussed other than what we both already knew from his PCP and other specialists. If he can be seen by Dr Bales or Dr Moore, then he will return as he does still need a diagnosis for his "spells" he has. He can't function with these. The NP never... read more
