Dr Yu is effective, efficient and positively effusive with both erudition and encouragement. I am glad he was/is my surgeon; he has made me feel comfortable and confident. He seems genuinely concerned and listens to whatever concerns I might have while asking insightful questions, ones that meme me feel at ease.
My father asked this doctor regarding course of treatment for possible recurrence of cancer inquiring what he would do if it were his own father. Was VERY disappointed to learn this doctor responded, “You’re not my father.” He also intimated that with my father’s age, mid-80s, what would he expect in terms of recurrence? Bedside manner? Please.
