I have been going to Dr Wang for 15 years but within the last year or two the entire practice had gone down the tubes. Doctor after doctor leaves the practice. Nurse practitioner after nurse practitioner leaves the practice. That alone draws a red flag. I really had a great rapport with Dr Wang my first couple of appointments however after Covid the office would not do in person appointments for way too long due to "safety" concerns. Also I sent a message on the portal about some pretty concerning issues and its been almost a month without reply.
The service in this office is horrible. I am waiting for a refill of a very important prescription that I had to take. Is been more than a week and I was out of pills so I call yesterday and ask for the refill again. Today they said that they left a message to the person responsible of that and that I have to wait. So If your life depend on a medication dont go to this place. Apparently, now I have to wait until Monday, something that I cannot do, or go to an urgent care facility.
