I've been a patient of Dr. Tsai's since 2017. Dr. Tsai has been wonderful and so has his staff. So far I'm still cancer free.
Excellent DR. and staff explains everything clearly
I have been a patient of Dr. Tsai since 2017. In my last appt my brother came along during which Dr. Tsai patiently repeated my case n treatment plan for the next 3-4 weeks. It included a number of steps, appts n prescriptions that I needed. Shortly after I walked out of patient room n into Chemo room, all the steps were done and handed to me w/ precise explanations. Dr tsai was wonderful !!! His office staff is terrible and have not communicated with me for three weeks I have been trying to get paperwork for my scans. Being a cancer survivor is hard enough without all this extra aggravation and lack of empathy.
Dr tsai office needs to be a little more organized. One nurse in chemo room for several pt. staff need more effective follow thru with pt.
