From the moment he seen my son he called out EXACTLY what he needed and what every other Dr failed to mention over almost 3 years of constant ear infections and fevers. My poor son was almost 4 and had such a limited vocabulary. Maybe 50 words at most. After he got his tubes in his ears his vocabulary changed dramatically withing weeks! My wife has lost her voice. She is a singer and this condition is dangerous for her. We called for an appointment and were told the soonest is possibility was three weeks out. Clearly Osborne's office cannot provide effective urgent care. I would suggest finding a different office if you need to be seen quickly. Of course, we do not have any advice to offer regarding the doctor's quality of service in an urgent situation. For routine matters he has been great.
I've been a Patient of Dr. Osborn for 6 years...he's a great doctor his staff is top notch would highly recommend him.
My father is a patient of Dr. Osborne's. The Dr. is fine. The medical staff either does not care or they are understaffed. Dr. requested two MRIS on two separate ocassions. Each time the MA would state to wait a week for scheduling from Simonmed and if we had not received a call then to call SM directly. Both times I've had to call SM only to find out the doctor's office never faxed over the forms with the description of testing like. "she understands". the MA did not offer to schedule his appt
Dr. Osborne is great, I would highly recommend him for anyone needing an ENT!! He has my every confidence as a doctor after having heard his explanation of my son's condition/diagnosis, prognosis, testing results, forward treatment planning and things to expect. I went to him for a second opinion and wish my doctor would have referred to him in the first place to save us from the run around.
