Dr. Silberberg works with RCCA. While I chose him because of positive reviews, I am totally dissatisfied with the services of him and his team. He does not regularly meet with patients but transfers patients to be seen by his Nurse Practioner. The RCCA team cannot manage to return phone calls, they fail to provide correct information for authorization of procedures at other facilities, the doctor is not always available when patients receive services, the Nurse Practioner who takes his place is rude, most of the staff are... read more

i am only rating my experience with a bone marrow biopsy. i was really nervous.. i even heard a couple people say "it was the worst pain ever". i spoke to the aprn and i agreed to have it done in the office rather than the hospital. the 2 aprn's who assisted me and performed the procedure were thorough in their explanation and what exactly would happen when and in what order. personally? it was a cake walk. the only real pain was the injection of the lidocaine into my hip area. we've all had vaccines, numbing in the dent... read more
