I have prostate cancer, end stage heart failure and Diabetes. My medical care here has been excellent, and deserves 5 stars. I give 1 star to the front end, and the manager who said she would call me back, and never did. I have a reoccurring problem with the phone system and 'receptionists.' My important messages are routinely 'lost,' or in 3 cases, no return call at all! If you call in, and elect to wait and talk with a receptionist, good luck. In over 15 calls, I never got a live person, even waiting as long as 20 minutes.... read more
