Dr. James Tinio used to be both of my parents’ Primary Doctor for a long while. We liked his service during his time at Bullard. He’s very friendly and empathetic with patients, and made sure to hear their concerns out first before doing anything.
I was waiting on my prescription,ive been awake 4 over 24 hours and Dr.Tinio didn't approve it today... I've had cancer twice...
