Rude staff. No one acknowledged I came in and I just stood for 10 minutes waiting for someone to check me in. When i knocked on the glass so the young lady at the reception desk can see me she just started at me with her eyes popped out as if she was another by my knocking. She hasn’t said a word just continued doing what she was doing. Eventually another nurse came by and helped me check in. I love this place! I’ve been going here since I was little and I ALWAYS recommend it to people they are the best!!
I love this doctor. The staff are efficient and friendly. Dr. Thomas takes the time to get to know you and so does the staff. I go irregularly, maybe a few times a year, but they treat me like I’m someone they work with regularly. Sometimes the medical issue I’ve had was embarrassing in nature as the body does some embarrassing things, but the staff always treated me with dignity and care and knew when a joke was needed to lift the mood to make the situation easier. I fell off the treadmill injuring my foot. Arriving at the urgent care, I was promptly seen. From start to finish every staff member treated me with great care!! I love this place!
