Poor Communication They changed their prescription policy at the beginning of August and you can no longer submit prescriptions through online pharmacy’s (Chewy). I had submitted a prescription request in July, which was denied, but no one reached out to explain why. (They told me in June I could submit through Chewy). I only received an explanation after I emailed them, they did not reach out to inform me. Fortunately, after emailing and calling twice, they agreed to make an exception.
I had to say goodbye to my 16.5yr old dog Gracie 2 weeks ago. I wanted to let the staff at Belle Forest know- for something so tough...everyone was very kind to me, took their time with us and I can't say thank you enough. The ashes came back in a lovely box with a name plate- paw print was perfect--and while it has taken me 2 weeks to write...I am so thankful that I live on this side of the city and brought my dog to you these last few yrs. There aren't enough words to show my appreciation.
