I haven't had too many encounters, but way over booked for a routine appointment. Waiting around an hour and a half to see the Dr is ridiculous! Then after the wait, didn't see the Dr, but an assistant. I'm sure he's busy, but still. Everyone always forgives professionals for making them wait, yet I have things I need to do also, I can't afford waiting most of a morning to leave here without seeing a Dr after a procedure and settle for an assistant. Dr. Song is an amazing doctor! He is the one who found my disease, where no other doctors could. He is kind and a very good surgeon. I highly recommend him!
This office is terrible. The staff is rude rude rude. When my spouse was getting a procedure said the nurses were complaining about the doctors in front of the patients that and the fact that it should be “done in the hosptial” I would go elsewhere.
I stayed loyal to Dr. Song for many years until I began to question all of the invasive procedures he insisted I needed at almost every visit. I finally decided to get a second opinion and discovered that the constant prostate biopsies and vaporizations were not necessary and could cause permanent damage. I have never written a review of any doctor, but decided that other folks should be warned. I highly recommend that you go to a different urologist.
