He was rude, judgemental, even aggressive to the point of yelling at me while I lay on a hospital bed during a two day fast before a procedure. He was reported for treating my mother and I so rudely.
I was a little apprehensive in scheduling with Dr. Swenson after seeing the other reviews, but I believe in redemption so I gave him a chance. I am so glad I did! His exam was very thorough and he has a plethora of information and experience. He seemed concerned with my symptoms. He didn't immediately tell me it was my gallbladder and recommend I have it removed (that has been my prior experience with other Gastroenterologist doctors). My father-in-law was sent to see him, and this “professional” spent no more than two minutes in the room, never introduced himself, refused to look my father-in-law in the face once, and in front of my toddler and in-laws proceeded to say verbatim, “I can’t do anything.” He grabbed his coat and literally ran for the exit, walked/circled the parking lot, glared at us as he passed our car twice, and we decided to leave before confronting him on what is by far and away the most unprofessional, cruel, and inhumane treatment I ha... read more
