ordered orthotics on September 30, 2016 , it is now January 26, 2017 I have not received my orthotics. I have called his office in November to tell him I was going to Florida for Thanksgiving if the orthotics come in to leave me a message on my home phone. Yes I was told it would take 8 weeks to manufacture my orthotics. I have science call his office at least four times only once did I speak to a live person and that was an answering service, gave them a message to give to the doctor.
My experience with Dr. Shoffer was a God sent. I was hospitalized several years ago and I was expecting to loose my foot. I still see Dr. Shoffer and I still have my foot. He treated my infections from a possible bug bite. He remains modest and seems to be a very humbled man. I would highly recommend Dr. Shoffer for any of your podiatry needs.
