I just had my braces put on today. I am 30 years old and have never had braces before. Dr. Scramstad and his team are amazing true and honest people (which as much as I hate to say I feel like is a rarity these days). My boyfriend and I had done a few other consultations around Kelowna and none of them compared to Straight Smiles. They are extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He’s a wanabe doc
I wish I would have also read all these posts as well before entrusting my daughter or myself in Dr. Scramstead’s care. Same story as below where my daughter’s gums were cut and damage was done to her enamel. She was crying during the application of the clasps and he asked if she was in pain and she said yes and he kept going with her gums bleeding as well as cutting her lip.
