Clean floor. Waiting area with chairs and music provided. Public restroom available, clean as well. The front desk receptionist and Dr. Lam are very nice and friendly. The important thing that needs to have a big improvement is the waiting time. The average waiting time is about 40 minutes to an hour! For that long waiting time, just wondering that what does the definition of the "appointment time" mean? Free street parking available, but limited.
