Dr. Burkhardt is one of the most kind and wonderful doctors my family has ever seen. He is very understanding and does what’s best for you, not just as a patient but as a person. My kids just love him and so do we. I highly recommend him.
Wonderful, caring staff all the way around! Doctors, nurses and office staff alike. I went to the ER Thursday night and Friday I received a phone call from their office just to check up on me to make sure everything was okay/how I was feeling. I’ve NEVER had a doctor’s office do that in the past!
The Dr appears to be decent, but his staff are all very rude. I've gotten better customer service at McDonald's. Changed rating to one star because I can no longer use the phone number listed in Google to contact his office and wasn't given any notification of a new contact number, either.
If it weren't for Dr. Burkhardt being the doctor at this office I would never even consider giving them my money. I've never spoken to someone so unnecessary rude or that poor at customer service in my life trying to make an appointment. He needs to take a hard look at who's taking care of his customer service at that front desk.
