My husband was referred to this group from a doctor in Memphis for his lung disease. The day we get there the original doctor we were to see wasn't there so they scheduled us to see Dr. Sheller. He told us he didn't have time to look over the labs and ct scans we sent 2 weeks before the appointment. We told him we were referred to him specifically for the disease my husband has but Dr. Sheller kept saying the disease is not the problem it's his asthma that is not in control and he needed to loose weight. I took my mother to see Dr.Sheller because her rheumatologist doctor recommened him. She had COPD and was losing weight fast (she was already thin). She wasn’t getting better. I insisted after two years of treatment that he run some tests. I told him if something wasn’t done soon she was going to die. He poo pooed it and said he “didn’t think that was gonna be the case.” Three months later she was dead. Dr. Sheller is the best! After spending a year and a half battling what doctors in Alabama said was pneumonia and pumping me full of antibiotics and spending over $10,000 out of pocket on useless test, I was referred to Dr. Sheller where he diagnosed me with a rare lung disease and had me filling normal again. I would recommend him to anyone with lung problems!
