I have been a patient of Dr. James Rotta since 1981, when I began seeing him for the bladder difficulties I was having as a newly diagnosed patient with multiple sclerosis. New Hampshire has the highest per capita incidence of multiple sclerosis in the United States, so it is quite proper that a skilled neurologist would have a working knowledge of the neurogenic bladder.
