Get a clear feeling that he does not like women. Very condescending and argumentative. Will find another surgeon.
I liked the doctor. But he didn't appear to have much knowledge. He actually seemed lost and couldn't think of anything to do but refer me to a nerve doctor. Who put me on pills and referred me back. This went on for months with the doc always saying he didn't know what was wrong. My medical records always said he spent an hour with me and I "fully understood" his treatment plans. He never spent more than 10 minutes with me and he didn't have a treatment plan. Maybe they count the time spent waiting in the room to see him? H... read more
I had terrible ankle pain from a fall, nothing was really helping it. I finally went to Dr. Holmes and he recommended surgery. What a blessing. He is competent, kind, and puts you at ease with the process. Many of his staff members are incompetent (NEVER let Tammy touch you!) and office wait times can be over two hours which is unacceptable but it's what you have to put up with to see him.
