I have not found another Doctor like him since I left Phoenix.He's been very good to me throughout the years
I have bipolar disorder i went to Dr Hicks for about two years. He’s a smart guy. But i went off of one of my medications under his direction it was potentially causing heart issues. Going down a dosage put me into mania. I came into his office ill he said his wife was sick and he had to drop me as a patient. He left me without care in an emergency. After i got out of the hospital i called his office they said he was taking new patients. He lied his staff would not call me back. Dr. Hicks should not have a medical license.
This guy is a Quack, he is not that good to have an 8 week wait. And forget about the staff. Ugh!
The Doctor is not a bad guy.... WHEN you finally get to see him. But trying to get a hold of him and request information or a prescription refill is another problem of its own. His staff is completely incompetent, they always send you to a voicemail and heaven forbid one of them ACTUALLY helps you when you do reach an actual human being.
