I have been going to Dr. Hess for many years now and I find him to be very kind as well as knowledgeable. He always spends time to explain your diagnosis and is always available to answer to your questions. His staff is very nice and accommodating as well.
It was the first time for me. After my experience I would recommend this doctor. He was very professional, took all the time to explain me clearly my situation and he very effective and problem-solved oriented. I will continue to have him as specialist .
The office staff is horrible and unprofessional. i called and was on hold for 45 mins to speak to someone about making an appointmet.Then i called another time to get a script for blood work and i was on hold again for another 45 mins. We are all busy but i dont think a person should be holding for all that time. i will be going to another doctor.

I have been treated by doctor Hess for over a year now. He is a very professional practitioner. At my initial visit, he took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options. He is extremely caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable.
