Dr. James Adam’s and his clinic were wonderful. The whole booking process was so smooth and everyone was very accommodating. I appreciate everyone having the patience and kindness to support me during this time, they got me what i needed for my boxing medical check and they were able to accommodate me. Listened to my concerns. He actually has a plan for my continuous health problems. I feel like there may be a light at the end of the tunnel.
Dr Adams is one of the best doctors . We are lucky to have him as our family doctor. He listens to all our concerns very patiently. Also I love how professional and polite the front desk staff is.
I am very disappointed by the receptionists handling of a recent enquiry about a colonoscopy referral that was initiated on 3 September, however it was never initiated. I asked the receptionist when I should follow through again given that 2 months had lapsed without the scheduling having taken place. He indicated that I could call back in a month but if I was not satisfied with the service received I could look for another provider.
