When I went to this office, my first visit with Dr Prueter went amazingly well. I have had hearing loss for over 20 years. He did some test and said I can fix this issue. I had surgery 20 years ago and they didn't fix it. So I was skeptical. Dr. James Prueter did in fact fix my hearing as he said he could. Had a stapedectomy done. Now I'm ready to have my left side done. I can't say enough good things about him and his team. He is direct with what he knows. I couldn't have been in better hands.
Takes the time to listen and ask questions. Follows through with care of patient. Approachable and listens to the pts concerns and symptoms. Would recommend this physican.

Went to have a hearing test done because I am having a hard time hearing in September I saw Dr James Prueter I was in his office for less than five minutes this is how the interaction took place. Comes in tells me I passed the hearing test in the sound proof box where my hearing passed. Well I say I can’t hear very well in real world situations like everyday conversation.
