I have seen Dr. James Otton over the past few years.. He is always highly professional, empathetic and courteous. Extremely knowledgeable and he listens to your concerns. Would highly recommend him and his staff are exceptional.
I feel very lucky my GP referred me to Dr Otton. He communicates clearly and his manner is calm and patient. He is considerate. He asks if you have any questions and takes the time to explain things, maybe cos I'm cognitively impaired, who knows? Anyway, I highly recommend him.
Excellent - listens, informs and importantly does not over medicalise. I was very impressed and I am not easily impressed! Highly recommended.
