Your technicians are friendly and do great work. Your office, on the other hand is the worst medical office I’ve ever dealt with. They’re close to rude, inattentive to patients (if they’re busy with anything else your ignored. Anyway the last visit they estimated, along with my insurance, a price that ended up $210 more than the estimate. I had to withhold paying until my SS check came in. First I called to see if they accepted our insurance plan, I was told 3 times that it was accepted. Then I spent 30 minutes setting up a new patient appointment and 15 minutes driving to their location. We had just pulled into their parking lot and I received a phone call… it was the dentist receptionist calling to let me know they don’t take our insurance. This was a complete waist of time and gas.
