I love Kate! I saw her for over 5 years and she showed compassion and empathy and even gave me her number to call if I had any late night episodes.

By far the worst experience I've had at a doctor's office. The office staff and manager are very rude. They stand around talking and laughing. Your usually there at least hour and a half. If your lucky. I would not recommend this place. Family 1st my axx!!
Arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork as requested. Waited another 25 in the empty waiting room after appointment time. They called me back I then waited another hour to see the NP. Finally went to leave as I went to walk out, Kathleen came in the room. I wasn't weighed, wasn't really took seriously. She had a script pad in her hand when she first walked in asking what i needed today. I went to her for primary care.
