Unwilling to help with improving tinnitus problem
When I first visited Dr. Naples, I didn't expect him to confidently diagnose a stapedectomy as a solution for my left ear hearing loss. His approach to patient care is excellent. He thoroughly presents all available options and patiently answers my questions. When we scheduled the surgery, Dr. Naples made sure I was well-informed about the procedure and recovery process, and he checked on me in post-op. I saw Dr. Naples for sudden sensorineural hearing loss. He is knowledgeable, patient, and kind, and made himself available at all sorts of strange hours so that I wouldn't have to wait months to see him. Unfortunately, his administrative staff does not rise to the same standard. Not a single follow-up occurred without some sort of error or mix-up. Still giving 5 stars due to the quality of care.
I would highly recommend Dr. Naples to anyone struggling with hearing issues. Compassionate and empathetic. Highly skilled surgeon and clinical physician.
